First of all, we want to thank our valued guests for their patience and understanding during this time. Our hotel is currently OPEN, but some of our amenities and services are limited or unavailable at this time. We have updated our cancellation policy in order to offer the most flexibility for our guests.

All guest rooms are cleaned and sanitized before your arrival using our “25 Points of Care” system.  We are happy to provide a limited / contactless experience during your stay by eliminating daily housekeeping service at this time, but guests may certainly request it. We have also taken additional measures to clean and sanitize high touchpoint places in common areas, plus we have installed hand sanitizer stations in the lobby for your convenience.

Amenities Information

  • St. John’s County beaches are open. Beachgoers may visit the beach with chairs, towels, for sunbathing, etc. but guests must adhere to physical distancing guidelines – stay at least 6 feet apart from those not in your household. On-beach driving has also resumed.
  • Our outdoor pool is currently still OPEN but chairs are spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart as per CDC guidelines. Hotel guests may continue to use the pool as long as a minimum of 6 feet is kept between people. Please do not congregate in groups and please do not bring any groups larger than 10 people. The pool is also only open for 50% of its bathing load capacity. Guests that fail to comply with this guideline will be asked to kindly vacate the pool area.
  • Our on-site restaurant, Santiago’s Florida Kitchen, is currently OPEN for Breakfast daily from 7:00AM-10:30AM and for Dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5:00PM-9:00PM, both with limited menus.
  • Our outdoor poolside tiki bar is OPEN during normal seasonal hours. Please check with front desk.
  • Our on-site guest laundry facilities are OPEN.
  • Our on-site fitness center is currently closed.

Travel Flexibility Information

In response to the ever-changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we’d like to share some additional actions that Guy Harvey Resort St. Augustine Beach is taking to allow you even more flexibility regarding your upcoming travel.

Waiving Change & Cancellation Fees

Guided by our purpose of care, we are temporarily adjusting our policies to allow for maximum flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Due to volume, the days to process your cancellation or changes may take up to 30 days (or more, depending upon your financial institution) if booked directly:

  • Existing reservations for any upcoming arrival date:

    For existing reservations for any upcoming arrival date, including reservations with prepaid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

  • New reservations for any future travel:

    It is our desire to accommodate your travel plans with as much flexibility as you need to book with confidence. Many of our rate offerings have been tailored to meet the needs of today’s travelers with flexible change and cancellation policies, however, if you are unable to find a plan that meets your need please reach out the us directly as we have many options to amend your travel plans as necessary.

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance. We have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.
