Thank you for choosing Guy Harvey Resort St. Augustine Beach. We’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions our guests have at check-in. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to someone at our Front Desk.

What Time is Check-in and Check-out?
- Check-in is 4 PM and Check-out is 11 AM
- Late check out is offered during the booking process when booking direct. Late check outs are $50 per room for a 2pm check out. If available, late check out can still be purchased once on property, but they are based on availability. We only sell a limited number to ensure we can have rooms ready for check in so it is recommended to reserve this early.
What are the Poolside Tiki Bar Hours?
- TIKI Bar is open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM
- Changes to the TIKI Bar Hours of Operation are at Management’s discretion and may be dictated by seasonality and inclement weather
Do you offer beach rentals and pool towels?
- Pool Hut is open daily
- 9 AM to 4 PM Sunday through Thursday
- 9 AM to 8 PM on Fridays & Saturdays
- Beach chairs & umbrellas, surf & body boards are available for rent from 9 AM to 4 PM
- Complimentary Pool Towels are available daily
- Changes to the Hours of Operation are at Management’s discretion and may be dictated by seasonality and inclement weather
Is your fitness center open?
- Yes, our fitness center is open 24 hours. Keycard access is required.
What are the hours at Santiago’s Florida Kitchen?
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 11 AM
- Lunch: 12 PM – 3P M
- Dinner: 4 PM – 10 PM Sunday through Thursday; 4 PM – 11 PM on Fridays & Saturdays
Are you pet friendly?
- Yes, we are pet friendly. Our pet fee is $100 for your entire stay. In the case of any damages, additional fees will incur.
How do you get to the beach?
- We are located directly on beautiful St. Augustine Beach. To get to the sand and waves, simply proceed through our outdoor pool area, through the gazebo walkway and that’s it. You’re there!

Guy Harvey Resort St. Augsutine Beach’s Commitment to You During COVID-19

Amenities Information

First of all, we want to thank our valued guests for their patience and understanding during this time. Our hotel is currently OPEN, but some of our amenities and services are limited or unavailable at this time. We have updated our cancellation policy in order to offer the most flexiblity for our guests.

• Our on-site restaurant and bar, Santiago’s Florida Kitchen and Craft Bar is currently closed until further notice.

• Our on-site fitness center is currently closed.

• Our outdoor pool is currently still open but chairs are spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart as per CDC guidelines. Hotel guests may continue to use the pool as long as a minimum of 6 feet is kept between people. Guests that fail to comply with this guideline will be asked to kindly vacate the pool area.

• Our poolside tiki bar is currently closed.

• All Saint John’s County beaches are closed to the public. Unfortunately, this means that the beach is inaccessible to guests via our hotel’s access point.

Travel Flexibility Information
In response to the ever-changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we’d like to share some additional actions that Guy Harvey Resort St. Augustine Beach is taking to allow you even more flexibility regarding your upcoming travel.

Waiving Change & Cancellation Fees
Guided by our purpose of care, we are temporarily adjusting our policies to allow for maximum flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time:

• Existing reservations for upcoming travel between March 14 and April 30, 2020:
All existing reservations made before March 13, 2020 that are for arrivals between March 14 and April 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. This includes Advance Purchase Rate reservations

.• New reservations for any future travel:
It is our desire to accommodate your travel plans with as much flexibility as you need to book with confidence. Many of our rate offerings have been tailored to meet the needs of today’s travelers with flexible change and cancellation policies, however, if you are unable to find a plan that meets your need please reach out the us directly as we have many options to amend your travel plans as necessary.

• Existing Advance Purchase Rate non-refundable reservations for travel through June 2020:
As announced earlier, special exceptions are in place for all Advance Purchase Rate non-refundable reservations made directly with Guy Harvey Resort St. Augustine Beach on or before March 8, 2020 for arrivals before June 30, 2020.
