Anglers can sign up for either Saturday or Sunday Academy to learn how to become a better surf fishing angler while also enjoying a private tour of St Augustine’s world-famous Nights of Lights on it’s opening night. Ladies Let’s Go Fishing – Surf Fishing Academy: Register for the Guy Harvey Outpost Surf Fishing Academy on either November 23rd or 24th. Instructions and surf fishing on the beach: 11:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Limited to 10 anglers per class. Registration of $85 includes a free pack of Fish Bites & coozies! Instructed by Guy Harvey Resort Pro Guide Noel Kuhn.
Nights of Lights Tour (optional): Shuttle from the Guy Harvey Resort to downtown St Augustine at 5:30 pm and enjoy the Lighting Ceremony for Nights of Lights at the Plaza de la Constitución. Then enjoy a shuttle and tour of historic downtown from 7:15 pm – 8;00 pm to view glistening lights from ground to rooftops on a luxury golf cart. Tour fee of $40. Traveling with husband or friend? It’s ok to sign them up for the tour too, please do so in advance! This sells out quickly and is limited to 20 participants.

You will need a valid Florida fishing license to participate in the Surf Fishing Academy clinic. If you don’t have a license, register with FWC for a Saltwater Shoreline Only Fishing license at the link below. It’s free for Florida residents!
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Noel is a native of Jacksonville and has enjoyed surf fishing for the last 40 years. He is co-founder, past President, and current Board of Directors member of the Florida Surfcasters Club.
A frequent tournament winner and fishing club speaker, his passion is teaching surf fishing. His popular guide service specializes in surf fishing from Fernandina south to Daytona.

The Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing Foundation (LLGF) is a nonprofit 501C3 organization dedicated to attracting women and families to fishing while encouraging conservation and responsible angling. Known as the “No-Yelling School of Fishing,” LLGF conducts weekend, immersion-based educational programs in multiple regions of Florida with classroom presentations, hands-on practice, networking and an option to fish from boats or land, depending on the venue.
